    1. Shipping Locations
      We currently ship only within Australia. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

    2. Made-to-Order Processing Time
      All our products are handmade and crafted to order. As a result, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. For custom blends, this time may be slightly longer, but we’ll notify you of any extended processing times.

    3. Shipping Times
      Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays or peak seasons. We recommend placing orders early during these times to avoid delays.

    4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
      After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delays.

    5. Shipping Costs
      We currently offer a flat rate shipping fee for all orders, no matter the size or weight. The flat rate for standard shipping is [insert fee] AUD. We also offer free standard shipping for orders over [insert threshold] AUD.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items
      If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

    7. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
      Please make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will require an additional shipping fee to resend the item.

      At this stage of the business, we are doing our best to choose eco-friendly packaging options. We currently use Australia Post for our shipping and boxes, as it is the most economical and environmentally conscious choice available to us. As we expand, we are committed to continuously improving our sustainability practices and making even more eco-friendly choices where possible.

      If you require your order urgently, we offer express shipping within Australia for an additional fee. Please select express shipping at checkout to speed up delivery times.
