Returns and Refunds Policy

At Soul Nest Sanctuary & Apothecary, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, please note the following guidelines:

1. Returns For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If the product is unopened and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

2. Refunds If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on custom blends, digital products, or sale items.

4. Process To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@soulnest.com.au . Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once the returned item is received.
